FAQs

Where can I buy true self couture garments?

Garments from all collective members are currently available in our online store.

Work by JM Syron is available at Markings Gallery in Bath, Maine.

Work by Gnykol is available at Maine Craft Portland and Lola’s Boston.

How do I figure out my size?

Included with every product description are specific measurements listed in inches. We use six sizes in conjunction with a US standard sizing chart in inches. This chart, as well as directions on how to take your own measurements can be found on each product page as well as on our sizing page. Please note, garments cannot be returned due to incorrect sizes. Please check all measurements before purchasing.

Who do I contact if I have questions about sizing?

For general sizing questions, please consult our sizing guide. For questions regarding a specific garment, please email the garment’s designer.

I don’t see my size: can one of the garments I see be made in my size?

Every garment we make is one of a kind; therefore, if there is a specific item you are looking for in your size, we may not be able to recreate that specific item. Visit our commissions page to learn more about the process of requesting a custom order. We will work with you and our inventory to make a custom garment that you will enjoy.

How do I clean my garments?

We recommend sending all garments containing or comprised fully of leather to a professional leather cleaner. Please do not attempt to wash and dry any leather garments, or send them to a dry cleaner, as they may be damaged. We are unable to repair damage caused by improper cleaning care.
